About the event

PLEASE BRING:

  • A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

  • Cushion and blanket + wear comfortable warm clothes!

  • A bottle of water to stay hydrated after the session

  • Something to support your back or knees if needed

  • Extra padding if you have any injuries or sensitivities.
