A six week course designed to help you build consistency, presence, and emotional regulation through mindfulness practice.

Each weekly 60 minute online session via Zoom includes:

• 10 to 15 minutes of teaching

• 20 to 30 minutes of guided meditation

• 10 to 15 minutes of reflection and Q and A
