Join me for a gentle, immersive experience that blends the healing energy of Reiki with a soothing sound bath.This is a space to deeply relax, release tension, and restore your nervous system through sound and energy healing.
To help you feel cosy and fully supported during the session, please bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Cushions and a blanket
Something to support your back or knees if needed
Extra padding if you have any injuries or sensitivities
