MY THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

Understanding yourself intellectually barely scratches the surface of truly knowing your unique essence.

My therapeutic approach isn’t your typical 'talk therapy'. I won’t dive into your life story or dwell on your past. This work is about curiosity and questioning—unearthing the self-imposed restrictions that block you from fully embracing life.

While memories offer insight, they aren't the source of healing. Healing lies in the story your body holds—the emotions and sensations waiting to be voiced. My mission is to join you on your self-discovery journey, helping you see how the mind cleverly protects you, how early childhood experiences shaped your belief system, and the purpose of these adaptations. I’m here to help you understand your nervous system and its mission to maintain your wellbeing.

 

With my approach, I’ll guide you safely into painful spots where your subconscious mind holds the true story of your human experience. Your Ego is not your enemy; it’s the messenger and protector of your childhood adaptations. In this work, we allow our Ego to speak so the body can reveal answers through compassionate holding.

Emotional releasing happens when you feel safe in your body, or in other words, when you are ‘in the present moment.’ This means reconnecting with your emotional body, your true vessel of sensations and feelings, and allowing yourself to fully experience the present moment. When we explore the triggers that make us react instead of respond, we often see they’re linked to the past, not the present. By allowing triggers to speak, we receive glimmers of sensations, a reward for fully experiencing what is.

There are no mistakes, only lessons. While we may not always understand why things happen, I believe everything happens for a reason.

This work is about trusting your inner wisdom, transforming trauma into fuel for building new, healthier relationships, especially with yourself.

 

My most important role is to gently guide you through the process of unfolding your Truth, leading you toward self-fulfillment. I can’t wait to embark on this transformative journey with you!

After the rain comes the sun. This journey is just the beginning of your new life, and I feel extremely privileged to witness this with you.

As a person who actively supports others in their processes, I attend my own therapy/supervision.​

Unless you wish to travel to London, most of the sessions are conducted online via Zoom. A 30-minute discovery call is necessary before booking paid sessions.

I have worked with diverse individuals who have faced significant conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Many have used coping mechanisms like alcohol, sex, drugs, workaholism, perfectionism, excessive sport, or isolation to manage their pain and unresolved trauma.​
