WELCOME TO THE SERPENT'S PATH CONVERSATIONS

Awakening comes at different stages of life. Some of us step out of the illusions and suffering we’ve created, while others may not. What I do know is that we all have a choice: to remain in illusion or step into authenticity.
In this introductory episode of The Serpent’s Path Conversations, Monica shares her inspiring journey of transition and transformation—from navigating the corporate world to creating a nurturing and healing space. She honours the spirit of her beloved horse, Victoria, whose guidance continues to be a meaningful part of her path.
Together, we explore the meaning of healing, spirituality, and what those concepts mean to each of us. We also discuss the books that have inspired us and the wisdom we’ve gained along the way.
It’s an enormous pleasure to speak with Monica Măgureanu, a dear friend, systemic coach, symbol therapist, Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner and CI Circles Facilitator—a woman who wears her heart on her sleeve and is deeply cherished by many.

Self-discovery and self-realisation come through in so many different ways, and it’s a never-ending journey.
Polish DNA, American upbringing :) so happy to have Dr. Luke Sniewski in my Serpent’s Path Conversations, sharing his transformational story, golden nuggets from his work with clients, and speaking with passion about the root causes of our suffering, core beliefs, and a topic close to our hearts—porn addiction as a coping mechanism.
About my guest:
Dr. Luke Sniewski has worn many hats, but today he helps others by utilising Compassionate Inquiry, somatic practices, and healthy lifestyle strategies to help clients experience more vitality, authenticity, and inner peace in everyday life.
Luke is my Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Mate psychotherapeutic approach) mentor, guiding me on my path to certification so I can proudly offer you support and guidance as a fully qualified CI practitioner.

Music is medicine and your body has ability to heal itself!
In this episode, I speak with Leonardo Müller - Rodríguez; a musician, composer, producer, and podcaster, deeply curious about how the mind works. He's particularly interested in the relationship between neuroscience, the physical environment, and the workings of the mind itself. In his PhD research, Leo explores the intersection of neuroscience, music therapy, and sleep.
He also loves making music — and you'll get a taste of that toward the end of our conversation.
Leo speaks about his creative inspirations, which include martial arts and various life experiences that have both fueled his artistic vision and shaped his deep dive into brain function research.
We explore the somatics of sound, frequencies, brain waves, and scientific theories (going as far back as Pythagoras!) that emerge through the discovery of sound’s influence on human mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Leo shares how the discovery of Type 1 Diabetes three years ago has changed his life, offering insight into how it shaped both his personal journey and professional path. Leo also speaks about his music projects focused on meditation, sleep, and recovery from drug addiction. One of his most meaningful initiatives is Radio Me — a radio station designed specifically for people living with dementia.

Absolutely delighted to share this rich and heartfelt conversation with Kevin Young — Compassionate Inquiry facilitator, CI Circles guide, co-educator, musician, sound bath facilitator, and above all, a mindful, grounded, chill, and super easy person to talk to.
In this episode, Kevin reflects on growing up in Northern Ireland during the 1970s and how the collective trauma of that time shaped not only his life, but society as a whole. We discuss childhood adaptations, survival mode, hypervigilance (especially in neurodivergent experiences), and the use of substances like alcohol or drugs as coping strategies.
We also explore the transformative role of psychedelics in healing and in the quest to discover the deeper Self.
From there, the conversation expands into spirituality, mindfulness, consciousness, and the ancient wisdom of sound healing. We touch on racial awareness and unconscious bias, themes we continue to explore through our mindfulness teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
In the second part of the conversation, Kevin shares poetry and performs his new song, Lay Me Down.
