About the event
Join us for a deeply restorative evening designed to calm your mind and nourish your spirit. Your journey to balance and soulful connection will include conscious movement to move energy through the body, guided meditation to connect with the heart centre and feel love, Reiki energy healing to align and remove blockages and tensions within. A soothing sound bath to relax the nervous system. And beautiful Angelic card readings which will offer gentle guidance.
No prior experience needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
To help you feel cosy and fully supported during the session, please bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (essential)
Cushions and a blanket (essential)
Something to support your back or knees if needed
