Hello, I'm Gosia
I’m based in London, but my heart belongs to the natural world.
Growing up in Poland, I found early comfort in forests, animals, and the quiet company of the starry sky. Nature was my first refuge. Looking back now, I see how vital that connection truly was.

My Story
My grandparents, though gone too soon, gave me a foundation of warmth and care that shaped how I love and relate to others. Alongside this, my early life also held unspoken pain.
I was born via C-section and separated from my mother for the first two weeks of my life — an early rupture in bonding at a time when safety is meant to be felt through closeness and touch. My childhood included moments of connection as well as moments of emotional distance. My mother did the best she could within her own history and capacity, and at the same time, some of my needs for attunement and emotional safety went unmet.
These early experiences lived quietly in my nervous system. By adolescence and into adulthood, I often felt lost beneath the surface, carrying a sense of loneliness that didn’t always have words.
In my twenties, I left my home country in search of a fresh start and moved to London in 2005. I slowly built a life, yet a deeper sense of inner safety remained elusive. Relationships were often painful, and I kept seeking love and belonging in ways that didn’t truly nourish me.
Finding What Was Missing
Traditional therapy helped in meaningful ways, but something still felt incomplete. Over time, I was drawn toward practices that supported deeper, body-based healing — ways of listening beyond thought and insight.
Meditation, somatic approaches, Reiki, and sound work became gentle entry points back into myself. Through them, I began learning the language of my body — where the effects of early experiences had been held long before I could name them.
A pivotal moment came during a plant medicine retreat, where I encountered the part of myself that had long believed it wasn’t good enough. In that moment, I could see how my early adaptations had helped me survive — and how they no longer needed to lead my life.
Later, discovering that I experience ADD traits offered further clarity and compassion. Rather than defining me, it gave language to sensitivity, intensity, and nervous system patterns I had lived with all along.
What emerged from this journey is not a story of being “fixed,” but one of reclamation — of softness, strength, and choice.
The Self-Discovery Journey, the approach I now offer, is grounded in my lived experience and enriched by over 250 hours of clinically informed training in trauma-aware, body-based, and psychotherapeutic modalities.
My work is guided by a deep respect for the nervous system, for early and pre-verbal experience, and for the intelligence of the body itself. I believe healing happens not through force, but through safety, presence, and relationship.
I’m here to walk alongside you — with care, honesty, and trust in your own unfolding.
