Self - Discovery Journey
Understanding yourself intellectually is only the beginning.
I know this because I've been there — aware of my patterns, doing the work in talk therapy, yet still feeling stuck. True transformation comes from reconnecting with the emotional and bodily layers of your experience — the parts that speak through sensation, memory, and feeling.
This isn’t traditional talk therapy.
I’m not here to analyse or fix you — because you are not broken.
This work is rooted in curiosity. Together, we gently explore the inner patterns and protective strategies that may be holding you back from living with ease and authenticity.
While memories offer insight, healing doesn’t live in the story alone.
It lives in the body. In the nervous system and in the parts of you that had to adapt early in life to feel safe.
My role is to help you understand these adaptations with compassion, and to support your system as it begins to feel safe enough to soften and let go.
I offer a space where you can begin to reconnect with the present moment — where emotional release becomes possible. When you start to witness your triggers not as flaws but as invitations, you begin to respond with awareness instead of reacting from old wounds. This is the heart of self-discovery.
Your Ego isn’t the enemy. It’s the loyal protector of your younger self.
In this work, we allow the ego to be heard — not pushed away - so the deeper truths held in your body can begin to emerge with safety and clarity.
There are no mistakes, only lessons. Even when we don’t understand why things happened, we can find meaning in how we choose to heal. I believe your inner wisdom knows the way.
My role is to walk beside you — holding space for your truth as it unfolds.
This journey isn’t about doing more — it’s about softening into what’s already there. And I’m honoured to witness this process with you.
Sessions are offered mostly online, via Zoom. A 15-minute free discovery call is required before booking.
I am committed to my own personal development and attend regular therapy and supervision.

I’ve worked with people facing experiences such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Many have relied on coping strategies like substances, work, perfectionism, excessive exercise, or withdrawal to manage unresolved pain.
These are not failures — they are intelligent adaptations.
Our work is about understanding them, not judging them
