About My Approach

I am a certified coach and psychosomatic therapist trained in the Compassionate Inquiry® approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté.

My work integrates neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and contemplative practice, including training in mindfulness meditation with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Formerly a Dow Jones & Wall Street Journal professional, I understand the realities of corporate pressure from the inside.

With lived experience of midlife transition and neurodivergence, I bring both professional and embodied insight to my work.
