Hi, I'm Gosia
Trauma — trained emotional wellness and holistic therapist for sensitive people and those craving deeper
self-connection.
This isn’t talk therapy.
This isn’t about pushing through struggles.
And it’s definitely not about fixing you —
because you are not broken.
This is The Self-Discovery Journey — a gentle, embodied path back to yourself.

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally sensitive, or disconnected from themselves — often without fully understanding why. Many of the people I support experience ADHD or ADD symptoms, chronic stress, anxiety, or the effects of relational trauma. Others notice old emotional patterns resurfacing during perimenopause, menopause, or midlife transitions.
I offer sessions online and in person, supporting both emotional understanding and nervous system regulation.
Feeling trapped in cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm, or loneliness?
Battling shut down, anger, and chronic pain?
This work supports you in finding steadiness, and more ease in everyday life.
ADHD-Sensitive and Trauma-Informed Support

As an ADHD advocate and someone who understands the impact of a narcissistic parent, I hold deep compassion for the ways we adapt to survive.
My work supports you in making sense of those adaptations and uncovering meaning in your life.
I blend ancient wisdom with modern science — integrating body-aware, trauma-informed approaches, meditation and nervous system regulation to support emotional clarity and balance.

A different kind of healing space...
Whether you're navigating overwhelm, moving through a life transition, or integrating a plant medicine experience — you are welcome here.
Together, we listen to the subtle language of your body and nervous system, allowing emotions, unspoken truths, and forgotten parts to be safely felt, witnessed, and safely held.
This work is rooted in science and guided by intuition — always at your pace.
The Self - Discovery Journey isn’t your typical 'talk therapy.'
It's not about dwelling on the past. It's about curiosity - gently unearthing the self-imposed restrictions that limit your aliveness.
If you want to heal, you have to allow yourself to feel.
Memories offer insight, but they aren't the source of healing.
Healing happens through the emotions and sensations your body holds.
What This Work Can Support
• understanding difference between emotional reaction and conscious response
• calming anxiety, shutdown, or inner restlessness
• feeling more present in your body and relationships
• navigating emotional changes during perimenopause or menopause
• rebuilding trust in yourself and your intuition
• easing chronic tension, holding, or bracing in the body
This work is especially supportive for people whose nervous systems have learned to stay alert, guarded, or disconnected due to past experiences.

Why to work with me?
My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience. I understand how emotional overwhelm can quietly build over years — shaped by relationships, family dynamics, and the need to adapt in order to belong.
I share my story not as a focus, but as context — to show that meaningful emotional transformation is possible, and that gentleness can be powerful.

In My Story I share more about this journey.
