Service Description

I offer trauma-informed, somatic-based therapeutic sessions that support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and deeper self-understanding. Sessions are tailored to your needs and typically last 60–90 minutes. Ongoing work packages are available for those who wish to deepen the process and introduce more structure, and are discussed after an initial session.
